Box of OMG Review ~ Box 2

This is the second Box of OMG  to land on our doorsteps. From the individuals who brought us Box of Awesome and aimed mainly at girls. Advertised primarily through social media sites, this is definitely growing in popularity. Companies have saw the proof of advertising in the first Boxes and have an interesting collection in this one. The box is filled with goodies, collectables and digital options.

Like in the previous box there is a Wear Share bracelet. A free sample from the company to showcase their custom Wearshare bracelets which use your Facebook and Instagram photographs to create a personal picture bracelet for you and a friend. There's an easy to follow instruction leaflet, you simple chose 7 pictures and order.

Next up is two glow in the dark bracelets with connectors, which also allow for the transformation into necklaces. Great fun for parties, camping or general wear. The usual OMG sharing cards, competition information and sticker appear again, with no information change from the first Box.
There is also a Cathy Cassidy bookmark detailing her Chocolate Box series of books with links to both her website and her Youtube page.
There is also a fold out leaflet all about her books, including an excerpt from Coco Caramel and a mini biography of the author. On the back are reviews of her novel Summers Dream, and information on competitions. As an added bonus there's a recipe for Panda Cupcakes, which is quite a nice interactive option to encourage keeping the leaflet.

Also included in the box is the almost obligatory Moshi Monsters sticker pack, and two yellow rubber charity bracelets. From Childline they have the text 'Whatever Your Worry' and the +childline phone number. The last thing in the box was a whole lot of shredded pink packing paper, which makes lovely bow tie with the bracelets('Bow ties are cool' +Doctor Who +Doctor Who Fans !)

The first Digital Box included an option to get a free Woopet when you sign up and create a character at Woozworld. A website designed to be a safe area for young teenagers (tweens) to play and socialise.

This particular Box of OMG wasn't as good as last months and I really missed the book, perhaps including one by Cathy Cassidy would have been nice as the paper work seemed to feature her. But have a look at her web page and her Facebook page for extra information and chances to win books and goodies. She is a very friendly author replying to all questions and comments, not always easy with nearly 10,000 Facebook fans!
However I am aware that every box is different and my next post will prove how different as I was lucky enough to receive two boxes this time due to subscription and filling in last months survey. I'll see you in the next post, you lovely people :D !
