Box of OMG Review ~ Box 2 (Final Finish)

As I've mentioned in previous Box of OMG posts (One + Two) there was a book meant to be included in the boxes. Well it has finally arrived, complete with the original box and contents. I had been expecting a bubble wrap envelope containing the missing book, receiving the whole box again was quite a bonus. This goes quite a way to quelling the complaints of avid readers and restoring faith in Box of OMG.
As you can see the content of +Moshi Monsters Stickers and tattoo's, the bracelets and OMG paperwork are the same. The new addition is by Edyth Bulbring called 'A Month With April May'. Edyth Bulbring was born in Boksburg, South Africa and grew up in Port Elizabeth. This book is her first published in the UK although her previous ones are all available to download online. Fun fact: the books was published under the name 'Melly, Mrs Ho and Me' in Africa.

The main character has two names because her parents couldn't agree on which one to call her, despite that fact that her father is called Fluffy I would still view this as grounds for parental divorce. April-May gains a scholarship and has to move to live with her father; new house, new school and her trials and triumphs. Her new best friend, secret crush and Twilight obsession.

Described by many readers as snarky and evil, she is designed to appeal to the awkward outcasts of teenage years. A novel aimed at teens and a promising start to Edyth Bulbrings UK career expansion. I might even be tempted to say that, with a start like this, she'll soon be as popular as Jacqueline Wilson.

On a side note there's a new addition to the Digital OMG Box. From Animal Jam a social site where children can chat with friends adopt pets and join parties. The special code gives 3 days access to the full mambership, ideal for seeing if it it's the social website for you. Click here to see more about the site.
