With my delicate and offbeat tack, I review and test a myriad collection of gadgets and products. An occasional opinionated rant will be thrown in, when the moment strikes me. I also write The Watcher series, which is my own style of games reviews for all those non-players who find them selves glued to the latest storyline. It's only fair that they too are acknowledged as fans.

Cringe Worthy Karaoke
Have you ever had one of those moments where you misheard a lyric and it forever changed the song for you. Of course you have. Anyone who has listened to rambling 80's Ballads, hard core shouty Rock or even manic Rap, will have suffered from an aural misfire. Well confession time: I've just suffered from a grenade launcher of a deeply inappropriate aural explosion.

British Eagle Advance Bicycle ~ Controller Review
When is a bike not a bike? When its the latest in a range of fantastic new space consuming hobbies. This is no exception; skinny tyres that make me think of diets with alarming panic, and wiggly handles that seem like a bizarre ode to a reindeer. This would never have been my first choice in mobility, hence this review has been flung at the feet of the Controller. As a warrior through the ages he has gallantly picked up the gauntlet and charged into battle, and here is the resulting ramblings untranslated for those with the knowledge.

Losing my grip
Standing there, looking down at the distant ground, I could feel gravity calling.
My unattended cigarette a tiny beacon fighting with the streetlights for recognition.
The high strung emotions that warred in my head seconds previous dissipated.
Nothing seemed of consequence, apart from the inexorable grip of emptiness.

Alrighty then; new day, new testing forum to review. This time up it's Trnd who have reviewed everything from Brut deodorant to Hansgrohe shower heads. My first big blog review is for Freixenet ICE Cava, a light refreshing wine designed to be served over ice and mint leaves on those gorgeous summer days.

I've been trying the snazzily branded Danone Light & Free Greek style yogurt as part of my latest Bzz campaign. Designed obviously for women with the packaging detailing fruits masquerading as dresses and the yogurt tubs showing fruits being part of bike wheels, sunglasses, and even perfume bottles.

Watership Down ~ Who Knew It Was Traumatic?
I love the outrage that flies so easily to the surface when parents randomly decide to take umbrage at some imagined slight, and become fully fledged flag waving advocates of wrapping our young in cotton wool.
Yes I do fully understand the need to shield our offspring from the greater evils of the surrounding world. However I find the hypocritical outcry over a poor choice in an aired television film distasteful.

The Orchard Flower Review ~ Mothers Day 2016
I was the lucky recipient of vouchers from Tesco's word of mouth campaign website The Orchard, which arrived just before Mother's Day. Perfect timing.
I promptly toddled down to Tesco to peruse the massive seasonal selection. From overflowing bundles with sparkly sticks, teddy bears and hearts down to simple bunches of Daffodils; they had the lot. A slight shame that the range is only vast at female related holidays but that's a personal viewpoint.
